The mobile industry recognises the urgency of tackling the global climate crisis we are facing, and that is why we are taking action to mitigate our impacts and to combat climate change, as part of the solution. We also see this risk as an opportunity where the industry is building trust, managing costs, as well as investor expectations, reducing risks and innovating to create new markets.
This requires a common vision, but also the consideration of a diverse range of markets and the steps needed to build the investment incentives, infrastructure and policy frameworks to reach a net zero carbon economy.
